Hello,

I would say that it is not true that Britney Spears has spat a waiter
in the eye. I have tried extensive searches on the internet and did
not come up with any evidence that this has happened. If Britney
Spears had done this, there would most likely be a lawsuit against
her, or the accusations at least would be easily found on the
internet.

This is not to say that it could not have happened, but I was unable
to find evidence that anyone has even accused her of this. There could
be some sort of coverup, in which case it would be hard to know the
whole truth. In any case, she should be considered innocent until
proven guilty.

I hope this answers your question. If you know of an article that
claims this indeed happened, I would be happy to evaluate it for you.
