Hi there,

Our search efforts returned the following:

Bob Boyd
Manager, Human Resources
Grain & Oilseed Divison
Perdue Farms, Inc.
PO Box 1537
Salisbury, MD 21801-1537

Phil Powell
Human Resources Manager
Perdue Farms Incorporated
DMV Complex
P. O. Box 1537
Salisbury, MD 21802
Fax: 410-543-3696
Email: phil.powell@perdue.com

While these are not exact matches to "Director", it doesn't seem that
Perdue has a single head of Human Resources as the company is
structured into various divisions, thus decentralizing responsibility.
Any additional human resources managers do not have a web presence.

If you need any further information, it is suggest you call the
toll-free number listed below:

Salisbury Corporate Office
31149 Old Ocean City Road
Salisbury MD 21804
1-800-457-3738

Hope this helps!

Hoover's Online lists Rob Heflin, a VP at Perdue's, as their Human
Resources contact.

It's also a very useful site for all kinds of business information
about the company:

this doument:

seems to indicate that Bob Eller may be the overall HR manager for
Perdue - on the other hand, answerguru appears to be correct about the
corporate structure - I agree that a phone call would be a good idea
