what is the smallest trimode phone that works well in northern
ontario, canada and greenwich,ct with low prices

Is it acceptable for an answer to be based solely on 'smallest'? As
small tri-band phones prices tend to be inversely proportional to
size!

yes smallest is important, ie the ericson phone, the tiny one, is it
good or are others like that

The Nokia 8890, is one the smallest, and smoothest tri-band phone. It
is a GSM phone. I am assuming in Canada you are using AT&T Rogers and
that you could activate it the SIM card through AT&T when you need to
come to CT.
