Hello vlad,
When I saw your request, I immediately thought of Sysco. I think weve
all seen their trucks as theyre the biggest name in restaurant
supplies. I next went to Hoovers to see their profile and to identify
some competitors and found McLane Foodservice | Performance Food |
U.S. Foodservice. Then I looked at their competitors and the profile
for the industry.
Reviewing the Hoovers profiles I noted that these companies are
listed in the Wholesale Food or Foodservice categories. I checked
Googles directory to see what I could find for these classifications
and found lots of associated links for associations, news, trade press
and conferences.
I hope this will give you a good start in finding and evaluating
restaurant suppliers. Good luck with finding a distributor for your
new product.
