Is there a list of people in the USA holding master of economics degrees?

There's no complete list of people in the USA holding masters of
economics degrees. Would statistics on the amount of degrees held or
conferred last year and previous years be sufficient as an answer?

Hi! I have found a list of economists in the US and some
Internationally. Most of them from the US. Most of them have a masters
degree or a PHD in economics. Would this suffice as an answer. :)

I now understand what you need. The problem with what I have is that
it is an organization of economists and shall not be a complete list
of economist in the US so you really might not be able to verify if
the person you have in mind holds such a degree since he or she might
not be a member of the organization. Anyway, if you still want to get
the list, I will now post my source as answer. Just let me know. :)

I highly doubt that any list would have the person you're looking for
unless they're famous. Your best bet would be to write a letter to the
registrar of the college or university from which this person claims
to have a degree. They would probably confirm or deny without
divulging private information whether or not this person was a
graduate of their program.
