Hello.

Some information about Jake Ruppert:

He was a colonel.

Here’s a portrait:

Here’s his mausoleum:

Here you can find an example of his signature:

A site that may have info, but both it and archive.org are down:

I am unable to locate any reference to him having a middle name. Even
the listings I was able to find for his birth certificate don’t have a
middle name on them

I have looked into this one extensively but since I have already
answered one question, confirming that the subject didn't have a
middle name, I thought I would let someone else have a crack at this.
I have however, looked through his political and military career and I
believe that this guy was only given the honourary middle name of
"colonel".

Hi Sparky4ca,
I accept your findings. They concur with my own. I've
searched for a long, long time for the middle names and dates of birth
that I'm seeking. I thought I'd give someone else a shot. I would like
to see his birth certificate, though. New York state won't let anyone
but a relative or one with a proven vested interest see it.

Sparky4, I have accepted your findings as conclusive. You can close
Ruppert. I'd like to tip you $3.00 for your efforts on my behalf.
Advise me how.
