Can anyone provide me with or steer me towards guidelines for SLA's
that target consultancy services? My company already has SLA's in
place for maintenance and IT operations services it provides, we are
looking towards signing SLA's with customers to whom we offer
consulting services (on IT acquisitons, building new systems, IT
investments, etc.) The answer should either

a) Directly provide said guidelines,
b) Show a DIRECT link to a set of guidelines which deal with the topic.
