Hello -

When you say "internal mobile phones," are you talking something like
cellular/satellite modems?  It's a wireless modem that would allow you
to do this type of thing.  Also, what kind of laptops are you looking
for [price level, comprehensiveness, etc.]?   What kind of feature
information?
