Are you trying to print directly from your browser? What browser are you using?

Dear ez2cy-ga;

I suspect that the reason why your page is not printing in its
entirety is because your right margin settings are not expanded enough
to allow the whole page to print out. For the purposes of this
explanation, the word “click” means, “click the LEFT mouse button”.

At the top of your browser, place your cursor on ‘FILE’.

Click on ‘FILE’. Move your cursor down the menu and click on ‘PAGE
SETUP’.

The optimum settings for web page printing are shown below. Change
your settings as needed until they match these:

Size: 8.5 x 11
Source: auto select
Header: no changes necessary
Footer: no changes necessary
Orientation: portrait
Margin: all fields should say 0.75” or less (0.75” is best)

THIS IS IMPORTANT: When you are finished, click ‘OK’.

This should correct your problem. If you continue to have problems
after making the changes mentioned above, repeat the process and try
changing all of your Margin fields to the value ‘0’. Then attempt to
print the page again to see what results you get. You can adjust the
Margin field settings as needed but if you exceed 0.75” you may cut
part of the page off.

I hope you find this information useful. I look forward to working
with you again in the near future.

Best regards;

I am printing directly from I.E. 6.0. I selected a web page with this
problem and did as you recommended. I left the header set at&w&bPage&p
of&P
and the footer set at &u&b&d, original settings for that page, and
then changed all four margin settings from .75" to 0.00". When I did
the margins defaulted for that page to .166" each. I printed the page
and the print was fine, just as the screen display. I not sure how
.584", difference between .75" and .166" made such a difference in the
printing. When the margin settings were at .75" the amount cut off was
approx. 1.00". Putting that part aside your info helped greatly to
print exactly as the screen displays. Thank you for your assistance.
