If you are an eBay member, you can contact fanellicool. Otherwise,
you will not be able to contact fanellicool.

As a member, you can contact fanellicool by, first, searching for
"fanellicool" here:

"eBay Seller Search"
eBay
http://pages.ebay.com/search/items/search_seller.html

If fanellicool has sold items recently (which, at this time, is the
case), on the resulting page, you can click on "fanellicool":

"Items for Sale by fanellicool"
eBay
http://cgi6.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?MfcISAPICommand=ViewListedItems&userid=fanellicool&include=0&since=30&sort=3&rows=25

On the next page, you would enter your eBay user ID and Password.
Then you will be taken to a page that will allow you to send an email
to fanellicool. [Note: I cannot provide a link to this page, because
it available only once you have signed in.] If you are not currently
involved in a transaction with fanellicool, the page will not display
fanellicool's email address.

A public page concerning this form states:

"As part of eBay's commitment to preventing spam (unsolicited,
commercial email), and addressing problems associated with eBay
transactions that are not completed on eBay, we are limiting access to
email addresses on the site.

Members involved in a trade with each other will have access to each
other's email addresses. Otherwise, members will be provided with the
opportunity to send messages to other members through the Contact an
eBay Member feature. Messages received by your recipient(s) will
contain your email address so the response will be sent directly to
you."

"Contact Form Learn More"
eBay
http://pages.ebay.com/help/Contact_form_learnmore.html

Likewise, another request form for contact information explains:

"... To better protect the privacy of eBay users, you can only request
contact information for eBay users who are involved in your current or
recent transactions.* Examples are:

· Sellers can request contact information for all bidders in an active
transaction and the winning bidder in a successful, closed
transaction.

· Bidders can request contact information for a seller during an
active transaction and in a successful, closed transaction if they are
the winning bidder.

The information you request will be sent via email to your registered
eBay email address. This information can only be used in accordance
with eBay's Privacy Policy. The user whose information you are
requesting will also receive your contact information. Learn more

*Due to International laws, access to contact information for
International users may be limited."

"Member Search"
eBay
http://cgi3.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?MemberSearchShow

So, in other words, you must be a member of eBay and involved in a
current or recent transaction with fanellicool to request his or her
contact information. If you do request that information, fanellicool
will obtain your contact information too.

If you click on "Learn more" on the Member Search page, you can see a
few examples of when it is appropriate to request a user's contact
information:

"Contact Information"
eBay
http://pages.ebay.com/help/basics/g-contact-information.html

If you click on "Privacy Policy", you can learn about rules governing
privacy on eBay, with respect to such things as emails and email
adresses.

"Privacy Policy"
eBay
http://pages.ebay.com/help/community/png-priv.html

So, in summary, if you are an eBay member, you can send an email to
fanellicool by following the steps I've described, but you cannot see
the email address unless you are involved in a current or recent
transaction with fanellicool.

Please note that I cannot go any further than this information.
Google Answers discourages requests for private information:

"What questions can I ask?"
Google Answers
https://answers.google.com/answers/faq.html#whatquestions

I have provided you information on email addresses for eBay users that
is available to the public. Any specific information about
fanellicool's email address is private, unless you are in a
transaction with fanellicool.

I hope that this information is helpful.

A fellow Researcher (thanks, aceresearcher-ga!) has reminded me of
another possibility for contacting a seller of a current item. (In
this case, the item will only be current for one hour after I post
this.) You can click on "ask seller a question" on the page
describing the current item (under the heading "Seller (Rating)". If
you are logged in as an eBay member, you will see a form allowing you
to ask the seller a question. Of course, the question must concern
the item in question, and otherwise comply with eBay policies.

Here is the page for the one current item offered by fanellicool at
this time:

"Abercrombie & Fitch Chirstmas Issue 1998: Item # 1584430054"
eBay
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=616&item=1584430054
