You should alert your local Better Business Bureau. Perhaps even call
one of your local television stations that might have a consumer
advocate to help. You may also report the company to your state
attorney general's office.

HI buds,

It sounds to me that you've been stung, and stung badly.

If you call your Better Business Bureau you might find out which
dealerships have been the recipient of complaints in your area. You
can also lodge your own complaints there. I honestly don't think
you'll find a list which will include actual names of people who are
considered to represent false claims.

That being said, I'll toss in my two cents' worth. Any guy/gal whose
livelihood depends on commission is apt to bend the rules and stretch
the truth occasionally. Naturally, such behaviour has an impact on the
general buying public. It's hard to protect ourselves, and I suggest
that a better question might be "How can I protect myself from
fraudulent practices related to big-ticket purchases like
automobiles."

The answer is 'RESEARCH, RESEARCH, RESEARCH."

Regards,
