The name is actually 'Kirsti' Hjort I believe.

Kirsti Hjort is actually a woman. She apparently married Conrad Von
Der Goltz, a violinist, and formed a piano trio with him and Jan
Polacek(a cellist). Kirsti now goes by Kirsti Hjort-Goltz. I hope that
helps. They probably tour mostly Europe. They also played with the
Nurnberger Symphony, since they all were originally members of that
Orchestra.

You might get help with this from the music school where Conrad von
der Golz is still teaching (so is Gottfried von der Golz) and where
Kirsti Hjort taught till the nineties, I think. You'll find several
ex-students of hers on their website too.
