Hello,
I couldn't find any projections by race, but I only did a cursory
search at the Canadian census website. They do have projections by
general population (linked below) all the way to 2026, so I guess you
could extrapolate quite crudely what the Chinese population might be
ratios stay around the same numbers, but it will have some error in it
of course. Here are figures I found for the last census (1996):
Chinese population in Vancouver:
Total 279,035
Male 135,120
Female 143,925
Chinese population in British Columbia:
Total 299,860
Male 145,575
Female 154,280
Chinese population in Canada:
Total 860,150
Male 420,015
Female 440,135
They have more detailed breakdowns by metropolitan areas which are
linked below, but still no projections.

I answered this as a comment not as an answer because it doesn't quite
fit your question, but it should lead you down the right paths. Should
you find this to be an acceptable answer, please let me know though
and I will post it as such. Thanks!
