rjshaef,
I am sorry to hear you have damaged a fine piece. In researching your
question, it appears that fine china repair is something that not alot
of people practice and those that do are in families that have been
doing this type of work for a very long time. However, there are some
places that I have found that will make an attempt at repair. There
are a few generalizations regarding china repair that will cover all
of the businesses I list. They do not guarantee "invisible" repairs.
They will do all they can to make the repair as invisible as possible,
but that may not be realistic depending on the damage. Most will not
refire pieces because of the risk involved to the piece. Other than
that, I suggest you take a look at the various options out there,
speak with the companies, see some examples of their work and
determine which will best fit your needs.
