I would like the phone numbers at least and if you can find any email
and or web sites for the Immigration and Naturalization Services
especially in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Illinois, Wisconsin and
Minnesota.

Thanks for your question. The chief office of the INS (Immigration and
Naturalization Services) has a toll-free, customer service number at
1-800-375-5283. They provide live assistance (continental US) Monday
thru Friday 8AM to 6PM (local time). There is automated assistance 24
hours a day, 7 days a week. Their website is:

I was unable to locate email addresses for you, but I have included
