Here are the cheats I found. There are quite a lot, so you might want
to print off the list before playing the game! In addition, there are
some people reporting that some of these codes don't always work - so
there may be some duds on the list below. I constructed this list with
data from several websites - they're listed at the end of my answer.
Also, a warning: don't try to save your game after using any of these
cheats - there's a good possibility that it will mess up the game.

Drop A Tank From The Sky:

Getting hold of a plane is a tricky one. You'll need to do the
following:
"To get the sea plane, go to the film studio (located on Prawn
Island). Go inside the studio and run to the back, go through the door
and you will see the sea plane at the docks. Note: You will need to
beat the film studio mission "Dildo Dodo" first."
You can also get yourself a helicopter from many places. Go here and
look at the map for information on where they are:

Here's how to fly them:

There are plenty of boats spread around the map. You can try buying
the port on the south west side, and you should get one from there.
Also, if you complete all the docks missions, you'll get a speedboat.
Another boat suggestion is to do the following: Complete Shakedown at
the mansion. Then buy the boatyard where you stole the boat for Diaz.
After you buy the yard, drive around the block and come back - there
should be two boats waitinf for you.

One other suggestion for getting a plane is as follows: You must be
standing near an airfield for this one. Some people say that an F22
jet appears - then again, some people complain that this doesn't work:
Hold L1 and R1, and press Triangle, Circle (6 times), Triangle,
Square.
