how much is the value of sales of CD-Rom and Hardcover business
directories in Europe?

Hi Infonaut,

Yes, that helped a lot. Thanks.

The type of directories that I am researching the market for are a
little different, however. These are non-advertising based
directories. Think about them as Cable TV, they serve the end customer
and charge them for the quality of content. This is the same with
these directories. They don't have any ads, sold at a slightly higher
price, and serve a specific target market.

If there is any way that I could find the size of this market in
Europe, that would be excellent.

Thanks...

Karim

Take a look att www.eniro.com and the annual report 2001 that includes
some market data. Eniro is one of Europe’s leading players in
directional media – both offline in the form of printed directories
and CD-ROM and online via the fixed Internet, voice (directory
assistance) and digital TV. Eniro is represented in 19 countries,
publishes more than 850 titles, both offline and online, and operates
the leading Internet directory services in the Nordic countries.
