Hello itsmechang-ga,

There are interesting new developments in the office equipment market
with the emergence of multi-function devices. Because the office
equipment market is mature reporting on what’s happening in the
industry is somewhat limited. I’ve identified some trade magazines,
publications and newsletter that are dedicated to this industry. To
get additional coverage, I’ve also included some general IT resources.
I’ve investigated both of your requests and I’m including links to IT
trade magazines, newsletters, portals and other resources as well as
some sources for locating pre-packaged or syndicated content that you
might include in a newsletter.

I’ve included resources that should help with your research and
marketing efforts. Please ask for clarification on any of this. I wish
you well for your enterprises.

the information "sources of content" for syndication is quite general.
Can you please be more specific with regard to "digital office
hardware (multi-function devices, printers and document management
software solutions)". This type of equipment is focused on the medium
- large sized business, not SOHO or personal. Cheers.

Thanks for this, but when I mentioned "syndicated content", it means
that I can have access for use in my newsletter (either paid or free).
The publications you have a provided are just magazines. Their is no
mention in the links that they provide articles to other publications
for reprint and or use.

Can you please clarify. Thanks :)

Clarification of Answer by czh-ga on 26 Nov 2002 11:07 PST
Hello again,
I gave you all trade press and industry links because I thought you
wanted to immerse yourself in the industry so that you could then
write your own newsletter. I subsribe to a number of newsletters that
do this. They take reporting from the business press and write their
own commentary and recommendations for their customers. Thanks for
clarifying your own intent. My schedule is hectic today so it may take
til tomorrow to get back to you on this. In the meantime, it would be
very helpful to my understanding if you could point me to a specific
example of the type of material you're looking for. Thanks for the
input.

Hello again,

Here are some resources for selecting syndicated content. Some of
these have highly specialized for-fee services. I’ve also included
some free offerings. I believe that one of these services should be
able to provide you with specialized content addressed to the office
hardware (multi-function devices, printers and document management
software solutions) market you’re planning to address. As you would
expect, there is great variation in the price and quality offered. I
hope that you will find something here that fits your content
requirements and budget. Happy exploration.

Thanks, the final response was more in the direction that I was hoping
for. If I wanted for some to continue on the strand of information,
how can I ensure that they continue where you left off ?
