I live in Brazil and so was able to tackle your question 'at close
quarters' as it were.

After a search in the local telephone directory
http://www.telelistas.net/  I found the relevant entry:

"Estaleiro Nicholson 
Construção Naval 
av Dendezeiros, s/n - Sao Felix,  
Valença - Bahia 
Telefone(s):  Tel.: (75) 641-4906"

I telephoned the boatyard (Estaleiro) and spoke to Mr.Nicholson who
confirmed that they do not have a web address, however Mr.Nicholson is
British/English and so language is not a problem should you wish to
talk to him.
