Have you maintained a constant format for your information? Could you
please post about 5-10 records (alter the data so that it is not the
'real' data please!! i.e. if your REAL record looks like:

Legolas GA
123 Nowhere St
Somewhere, MT 11111
Ph: 111-111-1111
fx: 111-111-1112

Good Eats Restuarant
111 Main Blvd
Elsewhere, CO 12345
Contact: Billy Bob
Fav. meal: steak
ph: 123-123-1234

Change it so that the #'s and names and addressed are not the "real
ones" but, DO NOT change the format! or the ORDER that things appear.

Thanks!

The only thing I can come up with is to convert this doc file to a tab
delimited text file. Then you could import it to Outlook. I am still
seeing if this is even feasible.

I will respond to your request for format example later today. In the
meantime, the format is that provided by the data record form in Word.
Thanks Banks

I already know we can convert to text, but I am trying to save us a
step here. There is a program that does this automatically but it
costs $249.

Will keep looking for the easiest and not the longest solution :-)

The sample records are wrapped in this email. In the original all data
columns are in one row with the data using one or more rows as
required. I am not sure that this is what you need. Regards, bankss

I had the editors remove your comments, as they contained real names
and addresses. If you need to post the information again, just replace
the data with false names etc...

Many thanks,

SgtCoy
