information public on their corpoate investor site (link below). I'll

Your best bet would be to start off with the Excel file (the
downloadable financial info) and make your own graphs. All the numbers
are there for you to play with, and they all go back 11 years. If
you're looking for commentary, take a look at the 2001 Financial
Information, and for general mission statement stuff, look at their
