The 'dsttype' field in the tables ARDISTnn and ICDISTnn can contain 6
possible values: CC, CD, DC, DD, RC, RD (the last two are only allowed
in ARDISTnn).

What do each of these values mean? The RC, RD values seem to signify
cash receipts. Please explain the meaning of each of these values for
this field, any others that I have missed, and the logic, if any,
behind the names.
