Globaliztion is a worldwide phenomenon which involve many aspects,
such as culture globalization, economy globalization, and
environmental issues etc..
I want to know about the point of view of the developed countries,
such as America, Japan, and France etc.,what they think about the
globalization phenomenon, and what roles they play in this issues.
But I don't want to know about what developing countries think about
globalization.

Please be specific about which countries' opinions you are interested
in. Also, what you are asking can be described in a one sentence
answer for each country or in a multiparagraph essay, but at the
current price, I'm willing to bet most researchers are going to lean
towards the former. Perhaps, you would like to reconsider the price at
which this question is asked at, if in fact you are looking for a
detailed analysis/comparison vs. a summary.

A: I want to know what the official government position is.
   I am especially interested in environmental issues.
