How many and businesses (and what percentage of them) both the US and
worldwide have access to the internet but do NOT have precense on the
web (i.e. dont have their own website*).  I need these figures broken
down by
- Small, Medium, Large sized businesses
- Industry

The earliest data accepted is from 2000. 

*Note: Having their own website means they have at least their own url
and with static (i.e. brochure-like) content about their business.
Doesn't necessarily mean that they have a sophisticated site with
e-commerce, etc.
