Ola shoaib,

I have a niece who has a clothing business on Margarita, and can
contact her if need be. First, I'd like to clarify that you want to
"purchase" the best luxury condominiums you can find in Porlamar, and
the real estate agency that is selling them? Do you have any size or
price preferences? Do you speak Spanish(Castellano)?
Regards,
crabcakes

As asked by you please note that best luxury Condominium should have
"3 bedrooms OR 2 bedrooms" whichever is beautiful and should have
'investment potential' and that Condominium should have "any
maximum" price limit. I can speak English language but I cannot
speak Spanish language. So please proceed my request and as told by
you please note that I shall contact your niece in Margarita island
whenever I get the opportunity. Many thanks.

Hello shoaib,

While I wait to hear from my niece, I thought I would post what I have
found myself. You may be aware that most internet services in
Venezuela are dial-up, and the telephone companies there are about as
stable as their government these days.

I have found quite a few realtor selections for you. Some of the sites
are in Spanish, but I would write/call anyway, as many realtors in
Venezuela speak English. Please keep in mind that when translated into
English, condominium and apartment are often used interchangeably.
Some words you may encounter in your web travels:
“habitación” or “hab” is Venezuelan Spanish for “bedroom”
 “en venta” means “For sale”
“ubicada” means “located”
“disponible” is “available”
“formulario” is “form”

This Margarita Real Estate site claims to work with investors. On
their home page, you can fill out a request form to receive more
information from this realtor on Porlamar, Margarita island.

This Unocasa2 site is almost completely in Spanish, but on the right
side of the page, in the oink area, is a form in English where you can
request information. There is also an e-mail address, and a phone
number, which I am including here: (0058) 416 695 4608
mdh2002@cantv.net . Chances are good someone there will speak
English.(If you need a part of this page translated into English, let
me know and I can do so.)

Plenty of condos for sale here. If you click on the link labeled

You can send them an e-mail asking for further information. Again, I
am sure someone there will understand English. The English version
link does not appear to work on this site.

Here is some information on a real estate scam which also applies to
Venezuela. It probably doesn't apply to you, since you're doing your
own research, but just in case, I thought you should be aware of it.

"...get a bunch of wealthy Gringos to come to Costa Rica. Show them
some beautiful (and vacant) Costa Rica property, and get them to pay
you big dollars for it. Then, as soon as they get back on the
airplane, move some squatters onto the land. When the Gringos show
back up again, they own beautiful property that they can’t use because
of the squatters. Thus, the Costa Rica salesman approaches the Gringos
and tells them that it is unfortunate that the squatters showed up on
the property, but there is nothing either he or the courts can do to
get them off. However, out of the kindness of his heart he will
purchase the land back at some nominal sum, say 10% (which the Gringos
take because the land completely worthless with the squatters on it).
Then, the salesman moves the squatters off the land, once again
leaving it vacant, and repeats the process..."
