Resume maker is the program and it also contains a program for a
favorites organizer into one webpage...so all your favorites are
contained into one webpage...

It does have the ResumeMaker software available to use online.  I did
not see anything about a favorites organizer, but reading about the
software, it does feature the ability to create and maintain a
personal database of employers and contact information--perhaps that
is what you were thinking about?
