is there a site that has a record for ALL residuals paid to ALL
songwriters for EVERY redo of their songs? i figure this might be a
way of tracking down a redo of a song that was not answered for me
here in a previous post.

Just about any major, and most minor, paid artists are
members. Some, but not all of their royalties are paid
to, or reported through ASCAP.

They should be able to help you track down at least some
of your songwriter's information. Many of my clients get
data or checks from them.
