Hi Stu,
After some searching of Realtor.com I found your page:
http://ilead.realtor.com/display/?id=14661004&t=far&sbj=rlt&poe=realtor
You are correct; it is not currently in the Google index. In fact, I
couldn't find any of the agent listings at Realtor.com by using
Google. The most likely reason for this is mentioned on a Google help
page for webmasters:
Reasons your site may not be included
-------------------------------------
Your pages are dynamically generated. We are able to index dynamically
generated pages. However, because our web crawler can easily overwhelm
and crash sites serving dynamic content, we limit the amount of
dynamic pages we index.

I spent some time trawling the Realtor.com site and got the impression
that they have changed their software recently. If the link to your
page is different to how it was a couple of months ago, the solution
could be as simple as submitting it using the Google Add Url page, and
waiting:

The other way of getting indexed by search engines appears to be
acquiring a PURL (Personal URL) from Realty.com. I could only find it
mentioned on one page of their site, and this is what is says:
FAQ for Agents
--------------
Since the new Platinum now includes a Personal URL and a domain name,
how will current Platinum customers receive their Personal URL and
domain name?
In order to receive the Personal URL, current Platinum customers will
need to contact our Customer Care department to select their Personal
URL. The Personal URL format is yourname.realtor.com.
Domain names will be available to be provisioned to current Platinum
customers upon renewal of their Platinum package. The Domain name
format is www.yourrequesteddomain.com (subject to availability).
Domain names are also available with the .net and .org suffixes.

It might be available as an add-on extra for bronze or silver
customers. They have a Customer Care Center at (800) 878-4166, who
will be able to give you more information.
Search Strategy
---------------
Browsing Realtor.com, and searching the contents of the site using the
site: command. In this example I determined that Google had not
indexed any mention of the Beverly Hills agent Jory Burton
"Jory Burton" site:realtor.com
://www.google.com/search?q=%22Jory+Burton%22+site%3Arealtor.com
I hope this has helped. Keep in mind that it can take a month or two
for search engines to catch up when sites have changed, or when new
sites appear.
Best wishes,
