of Travel nurses (exactly certified registered hospitals nurses that
are Willing to travel and work per diem (working day-by-day) hospital
nurses. What particular specialized low-cost nursing sites should I
advertise at in order to get maximal results to minimal expenses to
increase the number of nurses fully completing applications? I need a
list of such sites. Also what are the exact "phrase combinations" to
put my nurse acquisition site on top of google or any other major
engine. Do I put metatags in every .aspx page or only into the
entrance page? How do I market such site on the Internet (I need exact
advises and Methods, exactly targeted to travel and per diem nursing
industry) also exact advice son how to structure this site so as many
nurses fill up as many applications as possible.

what is the site?

Another thought: Why would a reasonably intelligent nurse submit
(lengthy)detailed info & their entire professional identity to a
website? Is it a "secure site"? (SSL).

the site is a nurse employment agency site, like www.accessnurses.com
or any similar site (exact site name does not matter), US law requires
a lot of information for the nurse to be filled out prior to
submitting her resume (application) to potential employer (hospital,
etc). That's a must, all nurses know thet, but not all of them have
enough patients to finish it, so it has to be made as simple and as
attractive as possible, hovever collecting a large amount of required
info about the nurse. I would assume it should be a "secure" site at
least for the "sensitive (SSN ,etc)" part of the application.

Meta tags should be put on every page, and each page should have
differing tags.

A site I used to get better ranking on search engines was
www.selfpromotion.com, which has a number of articles that discuss
making your website rank better.

Hi eugenenbrin,

I can tell you right now, I would never EVER give my SSN to an
internet site, no matter how secure. And there's a lot of other
information that I wouldn't give either.

If you are an employment agency, then that information should be
garnered privately once a professional relationship is formalized. I
have worked through several online services and they all insist that I
do NOT supply my SSN via website or even email. Secure information
like that is collected by phone AFTER the agency contract is signed.

I'm not sure you're ever going to find a way to "make" the nurses
provide this information online. You may instead have to rethink your
business process. Decide what the minimum information you need up
front is, then ask for the details by phone once you've screened the
applicant and lined up some actual job prospects.

Also remember, US Law actually says only your employer can ask for
your SSN in order to process your paycheck. Before an actual contract
is signed nobody can be forced to give out their SSN. If it's being
used as a basis for a background check, a nurse can provide it
directly to the Hospital security person and bypass the agency
altogether.

As I said, you might want to rethink your process if you want to
increase the number of nurses who use your agency.

Good Luck

-K~
