The actor, John Voight, Angela Joli's father, has an acting
class/acting workshop in Manhattan.  I would like to know where it is
or how I can get in touch with the acting class, because I'm an actor
interested in his class.

Have you already tried The Actor's Studio and Uta Hagen's HB Studio? 
They usually have an "actor in residence" program.  Sorry, those are
the only two I'm familiar with.

After an extensive search, I was unable to find any listing on the
Internet about John Voight's classes. My best suggestion, then, is to
watch the professional papers--especially Backstage and Show Business
(you can find their web presence at http://www.backstage.com/ and 
http://www.showbusinessweekly.com respectively ).
