Where can I find a *SINGLE* PCI card with a *DUAL* TV-tuner?  A dual
TV tuner allows you to receive two different stations at the same time;
this is used for picture-in-picture or to record one station while 
watching another (like Tivo; it has a proprietary dual tuner).

Note:
- USB devices are NOT acceptable.
- Using two PCI cards is NOT acceptable.
- ATI's AIW 9700 only acts as a dual tuner when combined with a *second* PCI
  card.  Read the fine print.

I just double checked -- the non-directv tivos do NOT have a dual tuner, however
UltimateTV does.

If it has a dual tuner on a single pci card, I will accept it.

I reckon you want to watch TV and watch TV at the same time. For

None of the cards the researcher listed has a dual tuner.  I specifically asked
for a card with a dual tuner.

None of these cards has a dual tuner. Specifically, note that the
WinFast card PIP is restricted to only one of the pictures being live
-- which clearly indicates that it does NOT have a dual tuner.
