As stated in the answer, the contact information that the school has
available to the public is found at:
http://www.nps.k12.nj.us/aboutus.html This would be the best place to
contact them if you require further information such as the number of
years he attended, and it is possible that they might not release such
information.

The exact address of the school can be found here:
http://www.nps.k12.nj.us/arts/index.htm however the Newark Public
School websites says that questions about a particular school should
be addressed to administration.
