Outside of Harrah's in Las Vegas, they have festive Brazilian-type
music with horns that is played from the speakers to encourage people
to come in, what is the title and artist of this song?

Well, I chased this one hither and yon for you, and have finally hit a
dead-end. After many, many calls to Harrah's (very nice people, by the
way) and speaking to folks in several departments there, I finally
talked to "Dawn" in advertising today. She checked with Engineering
and was told that the music is provided by Cox Cable Services. Since
they're such a big outfit, I'm afraid that pursuing your question any
further is probably not feasible. Sorry I can't provide something
definitive to you.
