Hi Leec-ga, Muslim men are not obligated to cover their heads for religious reasons although some do as part of their traditional dress. Prayers: Covering Head http://islamicity.com/dialogue/Q475.HTM Men in Arab countries wear a large triangularly folded cloth on their heads, called either a ghutrah or a humag, held in place by a cord. The cord is called either an iqal or an ogal .
