My objective (my mission to keep my job) is to find small businesses
over vith over 25 employees and try to sell them computer hardware,
software, other technology solutions to by phone. (Assuming I have
some contact name like purchasing person, or IT manager). My question
is how do I go about finding these businesses in USA with contact
name. I will be happy if I find this info even in a smaller scale like
in a city metro area (Say Phonenix). That's my question.
FYI- Once a get phone with a business then I know how to probe them to
sell any IT solutions like individual pc's, printers, network
hardware, software etc.

There are several sources that can provide you with very granular
information such as number of employees and contact information. 
These services do, however, charge a fee, typically per record and the
amount of information you would require.  Would providing you with the
information for these service suffice as an answer?
