Hi, I am searching, without luck, for the following. Massachusetts has approximately 80,410 ninth graders in their public high schools. There are 97 Chapter 74 approved Massachusetts vocational-technical high schools. The questions are: (1) Within the vocational-technical high schools how many students are in the ninth grade? (2) Within the vocational-technical high schools how many of those ninth graders reside in a rural community? (3) How many reside in an urban community? and (4) How many reside in a suburban community? That's it. I hope someone can help? Thanks! |

I think about half of the students will be boarderline between the three categories you mentioned unless Massachusetts has defined these terms tightly and discussed exceptions at length. ie is a student rural or urban if they lived in multiple locations during the year? Why would the school system spend money to catagorize their students into these 3 catagories? |
