Question ID: 116876
I want the list of top 20 cases of gender(female) discrimination and
harrassment at work which were successful for the plaintiff during the
past 20 years. Would prefer cases in which professional women were
discriminated or harrassed at work or where a hostile work environment
was created.
This cases be anywhere in the US. Exclude the law firm of Hale and
Dorr in Boston.
I need the details of the cases as in news/presentations/discussions
and the names of the attorneys. I need also the amount of damages
awarded.

Hello,

Can you clarify what you mean by "top 20" -- the most popular? The
cases that had the highest profile? Or cases where the plaintiff won
the most money? Or is there another distinction? You said you
preferred cases concerning professional women -- I need to know what
you mean by top 20, as the top 20 in one area of research may not have
professional women represented as much as in another area.

Thank you!

Hello,

Do you want to include both individual lawsuits and class action
lawsuits? If so, assuming that the ranking criterion is dollar
awards, the top 20 probably will be class action lawsuits. Any other
criteria for selecting the top 20?

Please let me know, thanks.
