Hello royalfashions-ga,
It is possible that you have run into one of the restrictions in
DMOZ's policies. (According to the policies, "Failure to understand
and follow these instructions generally will result in the rejection
of a submission.") Or it is possible that your site may still show
up.
The policies are described here:
"How to add a site to the Open Directory" (Updated 04/24/01)
DMOZ: Open Directory Project
http://dmoz.org/add.html
It does not appear that your site would violate anything under "Step
One" of these policies. Since your site isn't listed yet, you are
also safe under "Step Two".
It is possible that the editor thinks that you did not identify the
best category for your site ("Step Three"), or that you did not
describe the site properly ("Step Four"). (Of course, I can't tell
without knowing what category you used and how you described the site;
and even if I agreed with your identification and description, perhaps
the editor feels differently.)
Two other possibilities are that your site is still awaiting review by
the editor, or that you re-submitted your site too quickly. These
possibilities are covered under the heading "Procedure After Your Site
is Submitted".
Hopefully, your site is still awaiting review. You might send an
e-mail to the editor of the category you submitted under; the policies
indicate that this is appropriate after three weeks of waiting. I
hope that it works out well!

Perhaps the real reason that your site is not on DMOZ is that the
category has no editor.
If you have submitted to more than one category, you should check to
see if another category to which you have submitted besides Women's
Clothing has an editor to whom you can send an e-mail.
If none of the categories you submitted to has an editor, you should
find a related category with an editor. (For example, the category
"Top: Shopping: Clothing" ( http://dmoz.org/Shopping/Clothing/ )
currently has three editors.)
In either case, you can send a concise and polite e-mail to the
editor, explaining what you have done so far, noting that your
category has no editor, and asking for advice or assistance.
It depends on the editor how long this will take. If you don't get a
response in three weeks, you can try again. In the meantime, you can
make sure that you are listed on the other major directories and
search engines.
