To clarify my original question, people who own their mortgages and
are not financed thru a bank or lending institute, please advise.

Be advised that you don't have to post a new question to clarify an
existing one (that could get very expensive on a complicated question

You might want to clarify your first question and delete the second
one. For what it's worth, I'm still confused after reading your second
question/clarification, so you might want to add some more to your
explanation in order to have a better chance at getting the
information you seek.

In the future gypsykim, you can clarify your question without opening
