I am trying to find (to purchase) a Russian language version of the
novel "The Master and Margarita", by Mikhail Bulgakov, which was
prepared by Anna Saakyants and published in Moscow in 1973, together
with Bulgakov's Theatrical Novel and White Guard by the
"Khudozhestvennaia literatura" press.

would suggest to you to send a special order inquiry to Schoenhofs
Foreign Books (http://www.schoenhofs.com/app/page/special_orders.html).
They are extremely good with finding books every other publisher will
tell you are "unfindable."

I haven’t found the specific edition you are seeking, but I have found
a publication for sale from the late 1980s in Russian which includes
White Guard, Theatrical Novel, Life of Mr Moliere and Master and
Margarita. Unfortunately, no details are given about the editor (if
any). Please indicate if details of this book would suffice as an
answer.
