Hi! I am interested in learning more about the management of
ECommerce. Specifically, how are major activities of management (planning and
decision making, organization, leading and controlling) are applied
in the management of ECommerce. If possible, I would also like to know
the major differences between the management of ecommerce and a
traditional buisness.

Are you looking for detailed analysis including examples and case
studies as to how e-commerce has been used and managed successfully by
top companies in the industry today. Or will a general overview
suffice? Do you wish to have technical details regarding organization
and controlling of such businesses?

By technical details I mean:
Details regarding the staffing numbers, the software requirements that
'control' e-commerce and the investment data among many other
things...

PLease let me know so that I can have a rough idea of what you expect
from a productive answer.

Hi! Im looking more for technical details and a general overview than
case studies (altough 1 or 2 wouldn't hurt). Yes and your explanation
of technical details is perfect, that is the content im looking for.
For example  how an ecommerce buissness would handle their staff (as
opposed to a traditional buisness). By an eccomerse buisnesses I
meancompletley web based buisnesses that are dependant on their sales
over the internet. you do not need to go much into buisnesses that are
web based plus traditional. thanks!
