I have their web address but it would only offer you a way of
contacting them. They are not selling vacuum cleaners online as far as
I can tell. In fact, I have not yet found out how to purchase one. Are
you based in the UK? I have found a few places in England that offer
spare parts and bags for the cleaners and could give you their details
too.

I'm not sure if this information would answer your question. I know
you said you only want their web address but just wanted to check with
you whether this would be really satisfactory!

I've looked into this further and found out how to buy one. The vacuum
cleaner you're looking for is a Vorwerk (pronounced quite like what
you wrote as 'w' is pronounced like a 'v'). They are only sold by
'direct sales', which means someone comes to your home and
demonstrates the product before giving you the chance to buy it. You
can arrange this by going to their website at:
