I have a question about the links you sent me.
I was asking for arenas that allow for people to play games online,
play against each other, and so forth (basically, a wireless version
of GameSpy).
Is that what you were looking for when you researched my origianl
question?
It seems that many of the links you sent me cover companies that allow
users to play games, but not necessarily against other players.

thank you for your clarification and your comments/rating.

Yes, I had conducted the search with this in mind.
I tried to verify whether playing the games online where indeed
interactive....
e.g. on the Gamena.com FAQ page, it noticed it says:
"Can I talk to the person or persons I’m playing with?
Yes, you can. This is what makes playing GameNa.com’s SMS game really
fun. For example, if you’re playing HEARTS with three other
players...." ( http://www.gamena.com/mobile/faqs.php )
and
on the PhoneCasino.com FAQ page it says:
"CAN I REALLY PLAY GAMES ON MY PHONE?
Yes! And more importantly you can play multi-player games. And it's
fun; but don't believe us (we would say that!), get a WAP phone and
try it for yourself."
http://www.phonecasino.com/PhoneCasino.com/cellular_gambling_odds/cellular_gambling_odds.html
and
on the Smilie.com page (which links to smiliegames.com), it says:
"We have single and multiplayer games.."
http://www.smilie.com/onlinegames.php3

I also read through the comments and links posted on the message
boards to see if they would lead to any online gaming sites I had not
yet found.

But, there doesnt really seem be that much out there, in terms of
playing against others online, so I listed every online mobile/PDA
gaming site that I could find which was relevant to your question. I
did use some other search strategies but they did not lead me to
anything of interest.
(Apologies for the relevance order of the links - I will bear this is
in mind for next time.)

I hope I have clarified your query.
