What type of operating system are you using?

By "without having to retype," do you mean that you want a translation
good enough that you don't have to rewrite it?

Or, do you mean so that you can just send your letter in one language
and it is sent to the receiver in the other language?

If the latter, would it be OK if you have to cut and paste from one
application to another?

We're using Windows 98.
We need to be able to frequently communicate with Spanish-only
speakers and it needs to be both directions.  We don't want to have to
go to babelfish or some other program and type the message and then
send it to email--would prefer not to cut and paste.  Is there a
program that could be installed that will translate our outgoing
emails as well as the incoming?
