engines we are looking for a program to manage this. Some thing like
Gotoast has to offer but the problem was they dont take adult sites

With the recent onslaught of pay-per click search engines, there is
definitely a need for the ability to manage your listings effectively
over multiple PPC services.  There are several packages that will help
you.  I did not see on GoToast's site where it states they will not
support adult sites, so I will assume you spoke with them You did not
mention which PPC engines you are using, so I will list the ones each

None of the above sites mention anywhere within their websites that
they will not accept adult sites, though that remains a possibility as
I didn't see that mentioned on GoToast's site either.
