To be clear, I want to find out where it was made and where I can
purchase this watch.

If no one can find the water-powered wristwatch, would you be
interested in the water-powered digital clock that I have found for
sale?

My story is exactly like:
http://groups.google.com/groups?q=water+powered+watch&hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&selm=manstraw-69524E.13145116072001%40news1.mts.net&rnum=1

I purchased mine from a pound shop in Ireland.

I know you are looking for a wristwatch but this lead may help.

Here is a Desk Clock using the same idea.

Also a company by the name of Edmund Scientific makes these clocks.
Good luck on your search for your wristwatch.

Incidentally, this is the same clock (assuming that it is the Edmund
Scientific clock, which I think it is) that I mentioned in my request
for clarification.
