Yes I believe this could be the font I am looking for..

Dear astralcloud,

"Arnold Böcklin" is indeed old looking: It is a font in Art Nouveau
(or: Jugendstil) style, as it was popular at the beginning of the 20th
century. Please have a look at this graphic and decide whether it is
what you have in mind:
http://www.adobe.com/type/browser/gifs/ARNO/C_ARNO-10005000.GIF

This font is, by the way, protected by copyright. To get it legally,
you would have to pay a fee.
Please let me know if that is what you need.

Upon receipt of the correct spelling from yourselves I found it at
Adobe.com and paid the license!
