I am looking to purchase a 'mannequin' for a seamstress. My daughter would like to be able to design clothes and use the mannequin to fit & design the clothes. My daughter is young, so I do not want to spend more than &75.00 for this. But, the gift is coming from Santa, so it must be new. | |

dimo... I learned a lesson today. The mannequins used by dress makers are acutally called dress forms. Once I learned that, finding them was easy. Finding one that meets your price range was another story. That doesn't mean it was impossible and I have found a source for you. BuyMannequins.com http://www.buymannequins.com/dressforms.htm Here is your source for all things dress forms. They have a wide variety of male or female forms in variuous sizes ranging in price from $30 to $65 plus shipping. The price depends on whether you need/want a stand and the size you are looing for. Thank you for your question and I hope your daughter enjoys using her new dress form. If you need any additional clarification, please let me know. Regards, -THV Search Strategy: dress forms |
