I would like to find more info on "buying credit card debt" and doing
in-home collection on that debt. My greatest concern at this time is
issues I would have with the FTC and FDCPA. What state laws
"minnesota" and federal laws do I need to be aware of? Would I need a
collection agency license for debt that I own?
