Question ID: 118499
I want to buy a 12 piece placesetting of Couture Flatware currently
selling at Crate and Barrell for $30.00 a placesetting, if you could
find a outlet or direct buying from the manufacture that would sell
the placesettings at around 15 to 20 dollars, I would be most
appreciative, Thank you for your help

Hi, betty61 --

When you say "12 piece placesetting," do you mean 12 placesettings, or
do you want one placesetting with 12 pieces? Thanks!

What I need is 5pc Placesetting of Couture Flatware, and I would need
enough for 12 people so I would need 12 Placesettings. Did I mention
that Crate and Barrell is selling them at $29.95 for a 5 pc
placesetting.

Unfortunately, the Couture flatware offered by Crate and Barrel is a
"Crate and Barrel Exclusive" - it cannot be purchased anywhere else.

Alas, I have to agree with Missy. The one suggestion I can make is
that Crate & Barrel outlet stores do exist, and perhaps you might find
the pattern for a lower price there.

The flatware-matching services aren't much help for this since it's a
current pattern. Some services do match discontinued Crate & Barrel
flatware, but not current ones.

Good luck!
